Travel-Advisor Services
Jerry Finch is an independent travel advisor with SuniDaz Travel, LLC, working through Travel Planners International (TPI). SuniDaz Travel helps travelers consider options and may assist with cruises, hotels, insurance, excursions, and other travel arrangements offered by independent suppliers.
Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general information and planning discussions. It is not a confirmed reservation, binding quote, or guarantee of price, availability, itinerary, accommodations, amenities, or supplier performance. Travel details can change without notice.
Prices, Reservations, and Supplier Terms
Prices and availability are not guaranteed until a supplier confirms the reservation and any required payment is processed. Your booking will also be governed by the applicable cruise line, airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, payment provider, or other supplier’s terms, including its deposit, cancellation, refund, change, documentation, and conduct policies.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, destinations, cabin or room selections, fares, and other booking details before authorizing a purchase. You are also responsible for obtaining and carrying required passports, visas, identification, health documents, permissions, and other travel documents, and for meeting applicable entry and boarding requirements.
Travel Insurance
Travel involves risks, including illness, injury, delay, cancellation, interruption, lost property, and unexpected expenses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance benefits, limitations, eligibility, and exclusions are controlled by the insurer’s policy, not by SuniDaz Travel.
Independent Travel Suppliers
SuniDaz Travel, LLC provides travel-advisory and reservation assistance and works through Travel Planners International (TPI) to arrange travel offered and operated by independent suppliers. These suppliers may include cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, ground-transportation companies, excursion providers, restaurants, and insurance companies. SuniDaz Travel does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, mechanical failures, itinerary changes, service disruptions, accidents, illnesses, injuries, lost or damaged property, financial condition, or failure to provide an advertised service.
Descriptions of destinations and travel experiences are intended to help travelers explore and plan their vacations. They are not guarantees that weather, ports, itineraries, accommodations, activities, services, or individual experiences will meet every expectation. Each traveler is also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable cruise line and other travel suppliers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuniDaz Travel will not be liable for losses or damages caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, transportation failures, supplier insolvency, or other events beyond its reasonable control. Any available remedies may be limited by the supplier’s terms and applicable law.
Planning Fees
SuniDaz Travel currently does not charge clients a separate fee for ordinary travel-planning services. SuniDaz Travel may receive compensation from travel suppliers after a qualifying booking. Any unusual or separately priced service would be disclosed before you agree to it.
Text Messaging Terms
If you initiate a text conversation with SuniDaz Travel or otherwise expressly consent to receive texts, SuniDaz Travel may send conversational messages concerning your inquiry, requested travel options, consultation, reservation, or service needs.

Acceptable Use
You may not misuse this website or its communications, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent information, or use it for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.
