Travel-Advisor Services
Jerry Finch is an independent travel advisor with SuniDaz Travel, LLC, working through Cruise Brothers. SuniDaz Travel helps travelers consider options and may assist with cruises, hotels, insurance, excursions, and other travel arrangements offered by independent suppliers.
Website Information
The information on this website is provided for general information and planning discussions. It is not a confirmed reservation, binding quote, or guarantee of price, availability, itinerary, accommodations, amenities, or supplier performance. Travel details can change without notice.
Prices, Reservations, and Supplier Terms
Prices and availability are not guaranteed until a supplier confirms the reservation and any required payment is processed. Your booking will also be governed by the applicable cruise line, airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, payment provider, or other supplier’s terms, including its deposit, cancellation, refund, change, documentation, and conduct policies.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, destinations, cabin or room selections, fares, and other booking details before authorizing a purchase. You are also responsible for obtaining and carrying required passports, visas, identification, health documents, permissions, and other travel documents, and for meeting applicable entry and boarding requirements.
Travel Insurance
Travel involves risks, including illness, injury, delay, cancellation, interruption, lost property, and unexpected expenses. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance benefits, limitations, eligibility, and exclusions are controlled by the insurer’s policy, not by SuniDaz Travel.
Independent Travel Suppliers
Cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurers, ground-transportation companies, and other suppliers are independent businesses. SuniDaz Travel does not control their acts, omissions, schedule changes, cancellations, service failures, safety practices, or financial condition. Any available remedies may be limited by the supplier’s terms and applicable law.
Planning Fees
SuniDaz Travel currently does not charge clients a separate fee for ordinary travel-planning services. SuniDaz Travel may receive compensation from travel suppliers after a qualifying booking. Any unusual or separately priced service would be disclosed before you agree to it.
Text Messaging Terms
If you initiate a text conversation with SuniDaz Travel or otherwise expressly consent to receive texts, SuniDaz Travel may send conversational messages concerning your inquiry, requested travel options, consultation, reservation, or service needs.
